LaunchMyHVAC does the typing. You stay in the truck. We built this because the other apps assume you've got a tablet and an afternoon — and most working contractors have neither.
Not features. Outcomes. By the time you leave the driveway, the paperwork's already done.
By the time you leave the customer's driveway, the invoice is sent and the card is charged. No paperwork waiting at home.
Pull up the customer's last service before you ring the doorbell. See the equipment, the part numbers, the history. Stop driving back to the shop for the wrong part.
One tap texts the customer from your phone when you're 15 minutes out. Send the paid invoice as a PDF before you pull off the street. Both small things; both reasons you get the next call.
A two-question form. No long onboarding flow. Skip anything you're not sure about.
Paste from a spreadsheet, or have your kid / spouse / admin do it once. Done forever.
The first real customer you see today — schedule it, run the call, send the invoice, take the payment, all from your phone. If anything trips you up, in-app support is one tap away.
I'm a working HVAC contractor in Indiana, building this for the way our trade actually works — the worst no-AC-in-July call of the year. While we're in beta it's free, and the feedback steers what gets built next.
Hit a wall or have an idea? Send a support ticket or feedback right inside the app — it comes straight to me.
I'm a working HVAC contractor in Indiana. I tried every CRM on the market and got tired of being the IT department for my own business. LaunchMyHVAC is what I built when I gave up and rolled my own — designed by a contractor, for contractors. Free while we're in beta.
No. The first version of the app shows you three buttons: see your jobs, see your customers, see what you've been paid. Everything else hides until you ask for it. If your kid can use a smartphone, you can use this.
No. Everything runs on your phone, including the credit-card reader (it's built into the app). It's designed so you can run your whole day phone-only.
That's exactly who we built this for. The first version shows three buttons — see your jobs, see your customers, see what you've been paid — and everything else stays hidden until you ask for it. If you hit a wall, support is one tap away inside the app. After a few days, the app's out of your way; you'll forget it's there until the deposits hit your bank.
Yes. While we're in open beta, the entire app is free for everyone — import customers, set up your pricing, run jobs, and take card payments, all at no charge. When we exit beta, paid plans will start at $29/month, and we'll tell you well before that day comes. No 30-day trial timer. No credit card to sign up. No "your trial expires in 3 days" emails.
You export your customer list and your job history as a spreadsheet. You take it with you. We don't hold your data hostage. The point of this app is to make your shop more profitable; if it's not doing that, we don't deserve your money.
The AI is there. It's what makes the app fill in the paperwork while you're talking. We just don't lead with it because what you actually care about is the paid invoice, not the technology that produced it. The AI is the engine; the paid invoice is the destination.
Free for everyone while we're in open beta. No credit card. No trial timer. Just a working HVAC app from a working HVAC contractor.
